Video Interview with me by Nutritionist, Valerie McKen about Shin Tai Shiatsu
Hello, here is a recent interview I gave to Nutritionist, Valerie McKen. Valerie came to me for some help with her flexibility. She is fit and looks after herself, but was finding that she was not getting the results she expected in her yoga class and had some habitual tension in her shoulders.
I have done two sessions for her using a technique called Shin Tai. Shin Tai is a specialism of my practice, shiatsu. Shin Tai uses the principles of shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine and other bodywork techniques such as osteopathy to restore the body back to it’s natural alignment so that the joints function to their optimum ability.
Valerie asked to interview me because she had such a positive experience after the first session, which she talks about at length in the video. I am thrilled to have such positive feedback and it confirms my belief that bodywork can have a huge positive influence on our physical and psychological well-being. Valerie confirms what I have felt receiving Shin Tai: That as the body finds its natural alignment, positive energy is released and we find the strength and passion to express our own truth and walk our own path.
I hope you enjoy the video and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like to hear more or book a session.
